We do have APRI, AKC, and CKC dogs. NO REGISTRY MAKES ONE DOG BETTER THAN ANOTHER. Just because one puppy may be AKC it doesn't make them better, healthier, nor sweeter than one that is CKC or APRI. All of our dogs are equal, they just have different registries for different reasons. REMEMBER: A registry is only as good as the breeder. If a breeder cannot back their dog up, what do the registration papers matter? We back up all our puppies with lifetime guarentees! 

You will receive all vet records of the puppy including shots, examinations, and all notes written by the vet pertaining to the puppy. Your puppy will come to you with a 12-point vet exam. If you have a petsmart with a banfield vet clinic near you, you will receive a $30 certificate for services there. 

Health/Sales Contract

1. PARTIES:

TERRI L. HOLT WILL BE KNOWN AS THE "BREEDER"AND "SELLER" OF SAID PUPPY. THE ORIGINAL PURCHASING/ADOPTING PARTY, AND SOLELY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASING/ADOPTING PARTY, SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "BUYER".

2. GENETIC, HEREDITARY AND CO-GENITAL DISEASES/DISORDERS:

THE BUYER MUST HAVE THIS PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITH IN THREE DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS PUPPY EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. THE BREEDER MUST BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY OF OF THE EXAMINATION'S RESULTS BY E-MAIL, OR PHONE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RENDER THIS GUARANTEE VOID.

3. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY UPKEEP ON HEALTH, AND MAINTENANCE CARE OF SAID PUPPY, INCLUDING ALL IMMUNIZATIONS AND EXAMINATIONS RECOMMENDED AFTER ADOPTION, AS WELL AS PROVIDING NECESSARY MEDICATIONS AND FOLLOW UP TREATMENTS FROM VETERINARIAN VISITS. IN ORDER FOR THE GUARANTEE TO REMAIN IN EFFECT, YOU MUST KEEP RECEIPTS AND RECORDS OF REGULARLY TAKING SAID DOG TO A DULY LICENSED VETERINARIAN FOR CHECK-UPS AND ALL REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS.

4. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF THE DEATH OF SAID PUPPY,OR A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS/DEFECT IS DETECTED, DUE TO GENETICS, BREEDER SHALL REPLACE THE PUPPY WITH ANOTHER OF EQUIVALENT VALUE AT NO COST TO THE BUYER IN 6 TO 12 MONTHS.ALL CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 18 SHALL APPLY.

5. IF THE BUYER DECLINES THE REPLACEMENT PUPPY, THAN THE BREEDER SHALL BE UNDER NO FURTHER OBLIGATION, AND IT WILL BE DEEMED THAT THE BUYER HAS RELEASED THE BREEDER FROM ALL FURTHER CLAIMS.

6. IN CASE OF SEVERE KNEE, ELBOW OR HIP DYSPEPSIA, THE RADIOGRAPH SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY IDENTIFIED IN THE FILM EMULSION WITH: REGISTRATION NAME AND/OR NUMBER,NAME OF THE VETERINARIAN OR HOSPITAL MAKING THE FILM, DATE OF RADIOGRAPH TAKEN. FURTHERMORE THE RADIOGRAPH AND REPORT MUST MEET OFA'S STANDARD SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS.

7. THE VALUE OF THE PUPPY FOR THIS GUARANTEE IS SOLELY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PUPPY.

8. THIS GUARANTEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. IN THE EVENT THIS GUARANTEE IS EXERCISED THE REGISTRATION PAPERS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BREEDER.

9. ALL MY PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS PETS; NO GUARANTEE IS MADE AS TO THE DISPOSITION, CONFORMATION, SIZE, WEIGHT, COLOR, MARKINGS, OR BREEDING ABILITY.

10. IF REGISTRATION PAPERS ARE NOT RECEIVED AT TIME OF PUPPIES ADOPTION, THEY WILL BE SENT BY REGULAR MAIL WHICH COULD TAKE UP TO 8 WEEKS. IF THE PAPERS ARE LOST, THE BREEDER WILL ASSIST THE BUYER IN OBTAINING NEW PAPERS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.

11. USUALLY THE PUPPIES WILL SHIP WITHIN THE AGE OF 8 TO 12 WEEKS, BUT OCCASIONALLY A PUPPY MAY NEED ADDITIONAL TIME WITH THE BREEDER BEFORE SHIPPING. THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF THE SHIPPING DATE FOR SAID PUPPY IS MADE BY THE BREEDER AND THE BREEDER'S VETERINARIAN, WITH THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY BEING THE OVER RIDDING FACTOR.

12. TRANSPORTATION OF THE PUPPY IS ARRANGED THROUGH CONTINENTAL AIRLINES. OCCASIONALLY THERE MAY BE DELAYS FOR ANY REASONS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WEATHER, LOGISTICS, MECHANICAL FAILURE, OR OTHER UNSEEN EVENTS. THE BREEDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FOR ANY DELAYS THAT MAY CAUSE THE BUYER INCONVENIENCE OR FINANCIAL LOSS.

13. IN THE EVENT OF ANY LITIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT, THE BREEDER WILL BE PAID REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES BY THE BUYER. VENUE AND JURISDICTION FOR LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT SHALL LIE EXCLUSIVELY IN BOONVILLE-WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA.

14. ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS OTHERWISE DEEMED UN-ADOPTABLE WITH WRITTEN PROOF BY BREEDERS VETERINARIAN, IN WHICH 100% OF ALL MONEY PAID WILL BE RETURNED TO BUYER.

15. IF BUYER SHOULD DECIDE TO CANCEL ANY TIME PRIOR TO SHIPPING, BREEDER WILL REIMBURSE BUYER WITHIN TWO YEARS AMOUNT PAID ON ANOTHER PUPPY.

16. THE BUYER RESPECTS THE RIGHT TO SURRENDER SAID PUPPY AT ANY AGE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED BACK TO BREEDER, FOR ANY REASON.

17. BREEDER WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY RETURNS OF PUPPY FOR ANY MONETARY REFUND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALLERGY, LANDLORD/TENANT, MARTIAL, OR ADJUSTMENT PROBLEMS, ECT. IF BUYER MUST RETURN SAID PUPPY FOR ANY REASON, IT WILL BE ON A SURRENDER BASIS ONLY WITH NO REFUND OR PUPPY CREDIT.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIFETIME GUARANTEE:

THE BREEDER DEFINES "LIFETIME" AS A PERIOD OF TEN (10) YEARS FROM THE PUPPIES BIRTH DATE. THE DOG MUST BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE PUPPY IS FOUND TO HAVE A GENETIC OR CONG4NITAL DEFECT THAT IS LIFE THREATENING, A STATEMENT FROM TWO (2) LICENSED DVM'S (DOCTOR OF VETERINARY MEDICINE) OF BUYERS CHOOSING CONFIRMING SUCH AN EVENT AND CAUSE IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE BREEDER. BREEDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO A THIRD OPINION OF BREEDERS CHOOSING TO DETERMINE THE DEFECT. IF THIS GUARANTEE IS EXERCISED AND A REPLACEMENT PUPPY IS GIVEN THAN IT IS AT BREEDERS DISCRETION OF THE NEED OF RETURNING THE ORIGINAL PUPPY. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE PAID BY THE BUYER. ALL LABORATORY VERIFICATION MUST BE DONE BY A LICENSED DVM. NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN IF BREEDS THAT ARE KNOWN TO BE PRONE TO KNEE AND ELBOW DISPLACEMENT ARE OVER EXERCISED OR OVER WEIGHT. FAILURE OF THE BUYER TO PROVIDE SAID PUPPY WITH TIMELY INOCULATIONS OR REGULAR VETERINARY CARE WILL VOID THIS GUARANTEE. THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER ANY VETERINARIAN COSTS.THE BUYER IS AWARE THAT OWNING A PUPPY MEANS FREQUENT VISITS TO A LICENSED DVM AND UNDERSTANDS THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PAYMENTS. THIS GUARENTEE DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: INTESTINAL PARASITES(IE COCCIDIOSIS, GIARDIA,TAPEWORMS, HOOKWORMS, ROUND WORMS) KENNEL COUGH, SKIN AND EAR MITES, CHERRY EYE, ALLERGIES, PERINEAL, OR DIAPHRAGMATIC HERNIATION, HEART MURMUR GRADES I, II, AND III. THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER ANY VETERINARIAN ASSOCIATED WITH SPAYING OR NEUTERING, INCLUDING UN-DESCENDED TESTES. TEMPERAMENT ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS GUARANTEE AS THEY CAN BE CUASED BY LACK OF PROPER DOG SOCIALIZATION .BREEDER ADOPTS/SELLS PUPPIES AS COMPANION PETS ONLY. BREEDER DOES NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST LOW BLOOD SUGAR (HYPOGLYCEMIA), AS THIS IS EASY TO AVOID UNDER THE RECOMMENDATIONS FROM BREEDER.

19. THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE TOTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER AND NO OTHER TERMS OR CONDITIONS MAY BE VALID TO THIS SALE. THE BUYER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.

I, THE PURCHASER/ADOPTER OF A PUPPY FROM TERRI L HOLT, HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS DESCRIBED HEREIN PERTAINING TO MY PUPPIES HEALTH INSPECTION BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN. FURTHER, I EXCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE FOR CONGENITAL, HEREDITARY, AND GENETIC DISORDERS PRINTED IN THIS DOCUMENT, AND I WAIVE AND RELINQUISH ANY OTHER RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE IN THE EVENT OF SUCH OCCURRENCE. THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE TOTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN BREEDER AND BUYER AND NO OTHER TERMS OR CONDITIONS SHALL BE VALID OT THIS SALE/ADOPTION. THE PURCHASE/BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT. NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS.

FEEDING:

Your puppy under 2lbs, needs to have food available 24/7. If you are out with your puppy, he/she should have food with in 4 hours, or Puppy Nutri-Cal until you can get him/her to food. 3 lbs& up, your puppy should be feed 2 -3 X a day. H2o should be available at all times preferably, or at least 3-5 X a day. Your Puppy is eating Purina Pro Plan Small Breed Puppy. Or can also feed Purina One Puppy Growth and Development. Pro- Plan is at Pet-Co/Pet Smart and Purina One can be bought at most stores. If you plan to feed a different food, please take some time to mix the puppies kibble 50/50 for at least one week, to prevent stomach upset.

Hypoglycemia:

When puppies go to a new home, leaving their siblings, and mother, sometimes they may not eat well the first couple of days. In toy breeds this can be critical, sometimes life threatening. Because they can hypoglycemic. ( a drop in low blood sugar) PLEASE PURCHASE PUPPY NUTRI-CAL. It is a high calorie, high mineral supplement in a gel form in a tube. Give your new puppy this 2 X a day for the first week. Afterwards, any time your puppy seems to need a boast, or is/has been in a stress-full situation. **If your puppy is under 2 pounds it is important to give the Nutri-Cal regularly till he/she is 3 pounds. Or over. Handling Puppies between the age of 8-12 weeks enjoy playing but become easily tired. Do not over handle your puppy and allow him/her ample time to rest. Make sure your puppy is eating and drinking every day. Do not allow your puppy to roam in areas where there is allot of dog traffic, until he/she has received all his/her shots.

Vet Emergency Time:

Tiny puppies can turn CRITICAL in a matter of hours, it is VERY important to get your puppy to your vet ASAP if:

* puppy has not eaten in 24 hours, and refusing Nutri-Cal.

* puppy has had runny/watery stool for more than 24 hours.

* puppy has blood in stool.

* puppy is lethargic, laying down, and refuses to get up. Nutri-Cal will not revive him/her with in 10 mins.

* puppy has been throwing up, with any above combination.
